About Nilles Design Group, Inc.

Annette Nilles has been a contributing member of the Southwest Florida construction industry since the early 1980's. In 1982, she began working as a truss designer, where she developed her structural and roof design skills, as well as an interest in home design. She left the truss industry in 1985 and began working in different areas of the construction industry to learn different aspects of design. These experiences, paired with a natural talent for drawing, led her to begin her residential design career in 1987. By 1990, she had developed a talent for designing large custom homes, which led to affiliations with several builders that have lasted over 17 years, produced over 100 custom homes, and earned numerous awards. Today, Annette is known throughout Southwest Florida as one of the premier residential designers of the area.
